Zoho CRM Plus

Zoho CRM Plus was implemented in phases under a Time & Material model. We set up roles, access controls, custom fields, lead segmentation, and process automation. Deal pipelines, custom quotes, lead-to-deal mapping, and lost-deal tracking via Blueprint were also configured.

Zoho social

Zoho Social was set up for four channels—LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter—including content publishing and live lead capture.
