Implementation Overview

We implemented three different salary structures within a single payroll application by configuring separate PF components and payroll templates for each EPF method. PF was mapped to Basic, HRA, and Conveyance using Zoho’s built-in tools, with automated logic applying the correct PF method based on the employee template. ESIC was configured to calculate before PF where required, ensuring compliance while supporting voluntary PF contributions and smooth transitions between methods.
