Implementation Overview

We implemented a tailored solution on Zoho CRM (as part of Zoho One) to address these challenges by assessing current CRM usage to create a refined system design, automating communication with workflow-based templates for renewal reminders, certificates, and invoices, mapping KYM and enquiry forms directly to their respective modules for accurate data capture, establishing role-based access and automated task triggers, and delivering five custom reports and dashboards aligned with the client’s operational and strategic KPIs.
